Top Ten Tuesday (#30) - Ten Books I Plan To Have In My Beach Bag This Summer

For more information click here

Saying that I'll have these books in my beach bag is kind of false since I go to the beach like once a summer. Even though the ocean is like a mile away from my house, I rarely go there because I don't like swimming and I get burned in the sun way too easily.

So yeah, these are not beach reads exactly, but more just a collection of books that I plan to read this summer.

    1. I am SO excited for Meg Cabot's newest because I used to be (and still am) obsessed with The Princess Diaries. Getting to read more about Mia and Michael just makes my heart burst from happiness.

  9. Hi Milka,
Thank you for visiting my blog! :D Great list! There's a few of them I wouldn't mind reading myself. How to say I love you out loud would be the top of the list I think. Just that one phrase makes me think so many questions! Why is s/he asking?? etc.
    Happy reading,
    Amy x

    1. Hi Amy,

      Thanks for stopping by! :)
Yeah, How to Say I love You.... really brings up questions. I am expecting a lot of cuteness and swoonworthy moments with that book.

  10. My list isn't so much beach reads either. I have Eyes Turned Skyward on my Kindle to read. I look forward to reading that. It would be a good one to get to this summer. Happy reading.

  12. Dream Things Through looks so good!! I definitely have to check that out. And I plan on reading Confess this week…I have had it since the day it was released because I LOVE Colleen Hoover but I just haven't found the time to read it. It's going to happen soon, though! I hope you enjoy your summer reads :)

I am kind of afraid to pick up Confess because I know it will give me all these feels...I need to save it for when I really need a book like that.

Thanks for stopping by Jessica! :)

  13. I LOVE the sound of Dream Things Through and was devastated when I was declined for it on NG. :( I hope you enjoy it though! How To Say I Love You Out Loud is so gorgeous! I also have Vengeance Road and it sounds incredibly exciting. :)

I also need to get Armada--I haven't read Ready Player One yet, but the synopsis and cover of this book are just too awesome to pass up. I *tried* reading Eyes Turned Skyward, but I couldn't get into it at all. :( I hope you have better luck with it!

    1. That sucks! Netgalley and Edelweiss can sometimes really break your heart. I requested Meg Cabot's Royal Wedding on Edelweiss and was declined.

I loved Rebecca Yarros's other NA title so that's pretty much why I want to give Eyes Turned Skyward a chance.

Thanks for stopping by Aimee! :)

    1. My hopes for Vengeance Road are HIGH. I am kind of scared to actually start it because I WILL HATE EVERYTHING IN THIS WORLD IF THE BOOK DOES NOT DELIVER THE AWESOMENESS THE SYNOPSIS PROMISES.

Lucky you, I just get TOO MANY FRECKLES and burn.

Thanks for stopping by Cait! Always a pleasure!
