    1. Now that I read City of Ashes I really need to keep going with the series before I forget everything again... I read City of Bones like probably 3 years ago and had to reread it before I was able to move to City of Ashes...

I'm loving it so far - I'm about halfway through and can't wait to see what happens :)

Thanks for stopping by and thanks for following!

    1. I realized that Jennifer E. Smith's new book is coming out next week, so figured that I should post the reviews for the previous books before that :)

  3. I am so jealous! I want Kindle Fire too. I have the "regular" one.

Oh, you read a lot of books that are on my wish list. I'm planning to read J.E.S. books soon. I didn't know there will be a movie, so thank you for sharing hat info.

    1. I only got the "regular" one too - I had a Samsung Galaxy Tab before, which is probably a much like Kindle Fire, and I just wanted something simple that I'll use only for reading. The battery life on those multimedia devices is so bad....

I'm super excited about the film - can't wait to see who they cast!

  4. I really want to read the Jennifer Smith books. Enjoy your kindle, I have one of the original ones with the keyboard and I wish I had waited another year or so since the prices are so much cheaper now...still love it though. :)

    1. Her books are great, you should really check them out! :)

I remember wanting that keyboard one so bad when they came to the market :)

    1. That movie is brilliant - one of my top 5 films of all time!
I actually did not buy a Kindle Fire, just the regular Kindle. I previously had a Samsung Tablet which probably is somewhat similar to Kindle Fire and now just wanted something solely for books and nothing else :)

      Thanks for stopping by!

  6. A Clockwork Orange? O_O I thought Cassandra Clare was writing a secret book to TID, XD.

Enjoy your Kindle! I don't think I can live without mine... I THINK.

    1. Haha - I never even realized it kind of matched with the names. :D Haha, but I guess Anthony Burgess wrote that book already in 1962, so Clare would be too late :)

    1. Open Road Summer is SO GOOD! I hope you like it as much as I did. :)
I need to keep reading physical books as well (I have a lot of unread books in my shelves), but Kindle is perfect for traveling at least :)

  8. Congrats on your Kindle purchase, I do love mine (makes a lot of things so much easier!) but also still miss paperbacks.
I do love Clockwork Orange - very different to anything else seen before and therefore truly a classic.
I never watched HIMYM, but my daughter was a true addict and she loved the ending hmmmm. It seems to be you either loved it or hated it, there is no in-between.
Have a great week and Happy Reading.

    1. Thanks! :)
It really is a very unique film and one I have begun to love even more after doing some research on it - I am a film student and I've just recently been doing research about it for an essay, and that really has opened by eyes for some details I had never noticed before.

I've mostly heard only negative comments about it, but it's good to know that some found it satisfactory. They announced a couple of days ago that they are going to add an alternative ending to the DVD release of the season, most likely because of the negative comments about it.

      Thanks for stopping by!
